Brad and Dillon are back to talk football and hoops.

Brad recaps the football state championships, which featured two area teams. Amory battled Jefferson Davis County in the Class 3A game and just couldn’t match the Jaguars’ offensive attack (1:40). In 5A, West Point couldn’t stop Picayune’s running game and suffered a second-straight title game loss (4:24).

On the basketball court, Dillon has an update on Pontotoc’s boys (8:25), who opened division play Tuesday with a win against New Albany. Jaylen Edwards led the Warriors with 27 points. Also, Biggersville’s boys got a late start to the season but looked impressive in a close loss to No. 1 Tupelo on Saturday (11:55).

In coaching news, East Union has promoted Brandon Cherry to lead the football program (15:14). Also today, a Shoutout (17:05) and Athletes of the Week (17:59).
