Still worth a listen, though, as Brad looks at a couple of area baseball teams that have started well in division play – Ripley (3:41) and Tupelo (4:14). The 2016 MHSAA state basketball champions have been crowned, and four teams from Northeast Mississippi took home the gold ball last week. Gene Phelps and Brad Locke discuss those championship squads – Corinth’s boys (2:30), Booneville’s girls (4:53), Ingomar’s girls (7:14), and Ashland’s boys (10:39). Also today, they take a quick look at Division 1-3A baseball (12:13), and Gene has the Athletes of the Week (14:44).
