It’s nothing but football talk on this week’s episode, as Brad and Dalton take a closer look at a couple of local standouts.
Corinth running back Tam Patterson broke the school’s single-season rushing record last fall and is expecting even bigger things of himself this year (1:19). He spearheads the Warriors’ prolific Wing-T attack, and now he’s fully healthy after battling a hamstring injury all last season.
Kha’sen Mitchell of Mooreville is also a big playmaker (6:52). He plays all over the field, and his stats only tell part of the story. Mitchell has some Division I offers and is looking forward to a big senior year.
Also, the guys talk coaches. Holly Springs still doesn’t have a head football coach (10:09), while seven other area teams have new hires – and they’re all first-time head coaches (11:38).
Finally, this week’s Shoutout goes to Starkville coach Chris Jones (13:54).
